The Office of GCE at Johns Hopkins University and Medicine makes a wide-reaching impact across the communities surrounding its campuses. However, the sheer scope and complexity of their work made it difficult for external audiences—and even internal stakeholders—to understand what the office does and how deeply it cares about community wellbeing.

The Solution

We developed a clear narrative framework and visual concept to simplify and organize GCE’s story. Through strategic collaboration with multiple stakeholders, we created a user-friendly website that makes it easy to explore the office’s structure, initiatives, and impact. The new site helps unify the organization’s voice and guides visitors through their wide range of programs.

While the site isn’t designed to drive revenue, it delivers something just as critical: clarity.
