Your Premium Subscription includes:

Uptime monitoring to alert for outages
Security monitoring and proactive issue detection
Performance health checks
Off-site weekly automated full backups of your store data
Nightly incremental backups of products, orders, and key datasets
Emergency disaster recovery support
Monthly data and directory updates
eCommerce performance tracking
Baseline conversion monitoring and analytics overview
Monthly reporting with insights and recommendations
Form and checkout path testing (up to 5 key user flows)
Up to 1 hour of basic content edits per month (images, text updates only)

Coordination with app vendors for issues outside of maintenance scope

Please Note:

If Brand3 did not build your current website, or if more than 12 months have elapsed since Brand3 launched your website, a one-time $495 setup fee will be charged upon purchase.

All subscriptions automatically renew and require 30 days' prior written notice to terminate.

What This Plan Does Not Cover

Major redesigns or structural custom development
Custom code fixes that require developer time beyond basic updates
Third-party app subscription costs or licensing fees
SEO strategy or paid marketing campaigns (available separately)
Performance optimization requiring extensive custom development

To maintain your Shopify store properly, we ask that you:

Provide necessary login access to the Shopify admin and connected apps
Avoid installing or modifying theme code, core scripts, or app code without prior approval from Brand3’s Web Services Team
Stay within reasonable file sizes and Shopify storage limits so automated processes function effectively
